Q: How come I cannot put the PFD on ?

Q: When you wear life jacket but the lining is too much tight ?
A : 1. Loosen the strap by lifting the end of the buckle and pulling the buckle
up to the desired size.( Loosen the Strap, please refer to " user manual 3". )
2. Adjust the strap and then buckle up.( Fasten the Buckle, please refer to " user manual 2". )
3. Tighten the strap.( Tighten the Strap, please refer to " user manual 3". )
